Bio

Martin Evans is Professor of Economics in Georgetown’s Department of Economics, and Professor of Finance in the McDonough School of Business. In the past he has held faculty positions at New York University's Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics and the University of Michigan. In addition, he is a Research Economist at The National Bureau of Economic Research, and serves on the editorial board of several academic journals. Between 1995 and 1996 he was the Senior Houblon-Norman Fellow at the Bank of England. During the 2003-2004 academic year he was a Visiting Fellow in the International Economics Section of the Economics Department at Princeton University.
