Faculty Profiles

Professor Adrian is an active member of The Academy of Management, the International Communication Association, the Association of Business Communicators, and the North American Fuzzy Information Processing Society. She publishes in the areas of communication assessments, communication and commitment, communication in public administration, and management applications of fuzzy logic. She has consulted with local non-profits and public service departments and performed internal company communication assessments domestically and abroad. She conducts training in intercultural communication, communication styles and team building for area companies. She also offers intercultural communication training for local faith-based groups interested in improving their internal and external communication.
