The Characterization of Persons: Some Fundamental Conceptual Issues

Lamiell, J. T.. "The Characterization of Persons: Some Fundamental Conceptual Issues." The Cambridge Handbook of Personality. Ed. Corr, Philip, and Matthews, Gerald. Cambridge, UK: Cambridge University Press, 2009.
