William Mark Habeeb has taught for over 10 years in the MSFS program, and has worked for over 25 years as an international consultant specializing in government relations, foreign policy and negotiation strategy. Dr. Habeeb has been an advisor to the Negotiations Support Unit of the Palestinian National Authority; the Foreign Ministries of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia; the United Nations; and the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt. From 1989 to 1991, he was Chairman of the Forum for U.S.-Soviet Dialogue. He currently is a Fellow of the Middle East Studies Association. Dr. Habeeb began his Washington career as a foreign policy advisor to former Senator Gary Hart.
