Bio

Samuel Visner is an adjunct lecturer in the Science, Technology and
International Affairs program in the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign
Service. He is an expert on the effects of information technology on
international affairs, the application of microeconomic theory to the
defense marketplace, and the acquisition of new techologies by the national security community, as well as global communications. He has supported the analysis of U.S. intelligence and national security capabilities regarding weapons of mass destruction.
