Alexander Sens is Professor and Department Chair of the Department of Classics. He is an expert in Hellenistic and late-Classical poetry, Greek and Roman comedy, epic parody and gastronomic literature, and Virgil. He teaches courses in CLAS 002 Latin, Ancient and Intermediate Greek, Greek Literature, Vergil's Ecologues and Georgics and Aristophanes.
