Dr. Ecer provides economic expertise and analysis in complex domestic litigation and international arbitration cases within the antitrust, global competition policy, and international arbitration practices. Most frequently, he assessed the competitive impact of proposed mergers and analysed economic issues in various non-merger antitrust litigation and international arbitration cases. His recent case management experience includes an influential international treaty arbitration case involving the valuation of a world-renowned company. His recent expert roles are statistical and econometric consulting for the US Department of Justice on reverse discrimination and for a major mail-order pharmacy on pharmacist errors.
