Bio

Stephen Minnig, an adjunct with Georgetown since 2001, is an Executive Vice President with Evolver, Inc., a technology company serving commercial and government clients. Prior to joining Evolver, Mr. Minnig was a Partner at Deloitte Consulting and worked for over twelve years at BearingPoint in its Public Sector Consulting practice. Among his achievements, he developed BearingPoint’s approach to providing third-party testing of ILEC compliance to the 1996 Telecommunications Act which was accepted by the FCC as the defacto standard for third-party testing. Mr. Minnig was a member of the BearingPoint team that was awarded a patent for the methodology used to provide third-party testing. Prior to BearingPoint, Mr. Minnig worked at Sprint International/Global One where he directed the data services product management organization with staff in the U.S., Germany and France. Mr. Minnig earned the MBA in Finance and MS in Operations Research degrees from Columbia University and the BA in Mathematical Sciences from Johns Hopkins.
