Scott Anderson is the digital initiatives managers in Georgetown's University Information Services department and serves as the university's lead digital strategist. Scott also teaches a course in digital news within the English Department's journalism program.

Before returning to Georgetown, Scott worked at, and The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer on PBS. Scott has expertise in digital content strategy, content management systems, web analytics, streaming video, webcasting and interactive television.

Scott graduated from Georgetown University in 2015 with a master in business administration degree and in 2003 with a master of arts degree in communication, culture and technology. He graduated from The University of Wisconsin in 1996 with a bachelor of science degree in journalism and zoology. He lives in Washington, D.C.
