Dr. Ronald B. Morgan is an I/O Psychologist and experienced HR/HRD educator, academic program leader, researcher, author and consultant. Over 24 years of experience teaching and mentoring undergraduate, masters, doctoral students (traditional, working adults and international) from diverse industries. Eighteen years of academic program leadership experience including curriculum design; course development; program marketing and outreach; program review and accreditation; student recruitment, advising and mentoring; recruiting, coaching and developing adjunct faculty; designing and leading travel abroad courses; budget management; service; research and academic publication. Extensive applied experience as internal and external consultant in private and public sector organizations.
