Research

Since leaving the airline industry, I have continued to research it for a range of clients and institutions, especially focused on the following: international competition, domestic consolidation, consumer marketing (advertising & loyalty programs, and crisis management).

In addition, I have collaborated with several professors on research on leadership and effective management, for example the role of emotional intelligence and emotional capital in the modern firm.
