Dr. Phillips teaches courses in Radiation Detection, Environmental Health Physics and Nuclear Nonproliferation in the Health Physics masters degree program. His recent research includes the development of neutron spectrometers using CR39 track etch detectors and of optical radiation detectors for nuclear non-proliferation applications.
