Bio

Mary M. "Meg" VanDeWeghe joined the McDonough School of Business faculty in
2009 with experience as a corporate executive, an investment banker, a
consultant, a board member, and a professor. She was senior vice president
of finance for Lockheed Martin and was chairman of the board of Lockheed
Martin Investment Management Company from 2006 to 2009. From 1996 to 2006,
she was CEO and president of Forte Consulting Inc. During that time period,
she also served as executive in residence and finance professor at the
University of Maryland Smith School of Business. She began her career in
1983 at J.P. Morgan, where she held a variety of positions in investment
banking, capital markets and general management, and rose to the rank of
managing director.

VanDeWeghe serves on the board of directors for Ecolab Inc., an NYSE listed
company focused on water, hygiene and energy technology and services. She
also serves on the board of directors for Brown Advisory, a privately held
investment management company. She previously served on the board of
directors for Nalco, which was an NYSE listed company focused on water
treatment, energy efficiency and emissions control.
