Ms. Clarke is an independent pharmaceutical quality consultant, registered pharmacist, and past Director of the Program Evaluation Division, Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, where she was a leading health analyst in prescription drugs, preventive health and health professions. Ms. Clarke uses her extensive knowledge of and contacts with leaders in the Health Science and Health Care Executive and Legislative Branches of the Federal Government as well as in the private sector in assisting human science seniors in their Health Science Internship and as a teacher in our Health Promotion and Disease Prevention experiential Laboratory.
