Matthew C Schruers

Professor Schruers is an adjunct professor in the Georgetown University Law Center and the Graduate School's Program for Communications, Culture, and Technology. He serves as Vice President for Law & Policy at the Computer & Communications Industry Association, where he represents and advises Internet and technology companies on domestic and international policy issues including intellectual property, competition, and trade. He joined CCIA from Morrison & Foerster LLP in 2005, where he practiced intellectual property, antitrust, and administrative law. His scholarship and research focuses on Internet, intellectual property, and liability issues.
