Bio

I am a specialist in Native American languages primarily with Otomanguean languages of Mesoamerica. I came to Georgetown from a position as Assistant Professor of Anthropology and Linguistics at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and before that as a postdoctoral researcher in the Language and Cognition Group at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics.
