Dr. Johnson is an econometrician who focuses on empirical applications in antitrust and labor economics. In antitrust, Dr. Johnson's research is focused on the economics of cartels and the rigorous analysis of class certification. Dr. Johnson's labor research has focused on the effects of long work hours on divorce, the effects of changes in the FLSA on public sector workers, and the recent trends in wage and hours cases. Dr. Johnson was recently named one of the Top Young Competition Economists in the world by the Global Competition Review. Dr. Johnson is also the CEO and President of Edgeworth Economics in Washington, DC.
