Dr. Jimmy Hwang joined Lombardi from the University of Pittsburgh, where he completed his fellowship. Here at Lombardi, he is actively involved in increasing the scope of the GI program and Developmental Therapeutics program under Dr. John Marshall. Dr. Hwang has a particular interest in targeted therapies and drug resistance research in lung and GI cancers. His speciality is in the areas of hematology/oncology and pediatric gastroenterology. Dr. Hwang looks forward to teaching fellows, residents and medical students, and in general, working with the entire Lombardi Team.
