My research work has been focused on cancer prevention & control, looking at the nexus between infectious disease and cancer such as the case in liver cancer and cervical cancer.

Currently, I direct a program in Morocco (NIH Fogarty funding)looking tot rain Moroccan researchers in cancer prevention and control in partnership with the Moffitt Cancer Center in the US, and the National Institutes of Hygiene, In Morocco.
