John Harvey is a Professor of Medicine Emeritus and a Senior Research Scholar for the Center for Clinical Bioethics. His bioethical interests are in the end-of-life area: withdrawal of treatment, advance directives, euthanasia and physician-assisted suicide. There is an endowed lectureship in Health Care Ethics named in his honor.
