Professor Blemaster was managing director of the Latin Americian investment banking division of Merrill Lynch & Co. He has also served as a managing director at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated. Professor Blemaster has sat on the boards of directors of several leveraged buyout and family companies.
