Professor Callinan's course, "Law Firm Research," focuses on the practical application of legal research in the law firm environment. The course covers such topics as business development, competitive inteligence research, conflicts and ethics research, knowledge management, and the processes of statutory and legislative history legal research as well as research in regulated areas of practice. She is developing an e-book for the course.
