Bio
Dr. Putnam is actively involved in clinical palliative care and education. He lectures within the Georgetown University School of Nursing & Health Studies and educates medical students, residents and fellows on a daily basis. He is an Assistant Professor of Oncology and Medicine whose main interest is pain and symptom management in people with cancer. He is also a member of the Neuro-Oncology and Childhood Cancer Research Program at the Lombardi Cancer Center and the Clinical Sciences Division in the Department of Oncology.
