The BMW Center for German and European Studies presents a speech, “The Fall of the Wall: End of History or New Chance for Mankind?” by Hans-Dietrich Genscher, the former Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany. Genscher’s speech about the Berlin Wall is part of the annual Herbert Quandt Distinguished Lecture series.
