Natural Rights Conference
Keynote Address by Michael Novak
January 30, 2009

Michael Novak gives the keynote address at the Natural Rights and the American Constitutional Experience conference. His address is entitled "Belief in a Certain Type of God as a Foundation of the Natural Right of Conscience." In the address, Novak analyzes how the right to liberty of conscience flows originally from human duties.

The event was sponsored by the Tocqueville Forum on the Roots of American Democracy.
