Honorable Antonin Scalia
Part One
October 20, 2006

In this lecture, Justice Scalia argues that many of the Court's decisions have eroded the idea of civic education in America. His remarks also touch on the radical changes that Georgetown University has undergone since he graduated.

Justice Scalia has served on the United State Supreme Court since 1986. He is a graduate of Georgetown University, Class of 1957.

This lecture was sponsored by the Tocqueville Forum on the Roots of American Democracy.
