Georgetown to Host Interfaith Seminar with Archbishop of Canterbury
WHO:

Georgetown University announced today that it will host the fifth “Building Bridges" seminar, March 27-30, bringing together Christian and Muslim scholars from around the world to discuss understanding and commonality between faiths.  Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Rowan Williams, will hold a town hall meeting on Monday, March 27, which will be followed by the three-day seminar. 

 

This conference, the second to be held at Georgetown University, will focus on Justice and Rights in Christian and Muslim Traditions.  Each of the three days of the conference will be themed, moving more specifically from "justice" early in the week to "rights" later in the week.

Town Hall Meeting hosted by Archbishop Williams

The Archbishop will give a brief address, followed by a question-and-answer session with members of the audience.
