Books and Publications

• The Rev. John Haughey, S.J., senior research fellow at the Woodstock Theological Center, argues that Catholic universities are at a crossroads in his book, “Where Is Knowing Going? The Horizons of the Knowing Subject” (Georgetown University Press, 2009). Haughey explores how Catholic universities can remain true to their roots when many people on campus have little connection to the tradition, and how Catholic universities stay competitive while maintaining a relationship with the Church.
